SHERIFF’S OFFICE ASKS FOR PUBLIC’S HELP TO IDENTIFY CRIMINALS

SHERIFF’S OFFICE ASKS FOR PUBLIC’S  HELP

TO IDENTIFY CRIMINALS

The Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating an attempted burglary and criminal trespass on Old Lake Road in Mt. Hermon.  On March 5, the subjects arrived at the residence at approximately 7:45 and left about ten minutes later after making several trips back to their vehicle.

A surveillance camera captured the images of two men wearing gloves and partial disguises.  They were driving a 2002-2006 Toyota Camry painted in Aqua Blue metallic with plastic chrome 5-spoke hub caps such as might be purchased at Wal Mart or Auto Zone.  The vehicle’s inspection sticker had a yellow tag indicating it had expired in 2016.  Vehicle windows have a light tint and there was no permanent license plate, only a paper plate.

Any person who recognizes either of these individuals is asked to contact Detective Kody Glenn at (985) 839-3434, extension 2054, or email Detective Glenn at kglenn@wpso.la.gov.

Sheriff Randy Seal commented.   “Help us identify these two men so that we can locate them.  They were up to no good and it is important to get them out of our community and into our jail.”
