A Message of Thanksgiving from Sheriff Randy Seal

A Message of Thanksgiving from Sheriff Randy Seal

As the holiday season approaches, I want to take this time to acknowledge our staff and to thank them for their important contribution to this office and our community. I want to thank each and every one of our deputies for their hard work and to encourage you to do the same when you see them.

I would also like to acknowledge our community for their tremendous support and efforts in helping to make Washington Parish a safer place to live and raise a family. We appreciate your input and assistance.  It is our honor to be of service to you.

The holiday season is a time when we gather with family and friends to thank God for our many blessings.  In America, we have much to be thankful for because we live in freedom in the greatest nation on earth, the United States of America. As we enjoy the freedom to fellowship with our family and friends let us not forget the men and women in our Armed Forces both home and abroad who will be away from their families during the holidays, allowing us to celebrate in peace.

We look forward to the holiday season, and we hope you do as well. My commitment to the citizens of this Parish has never been stronger. I will continue to work with you to improve the quality of life for each resident we serve. The support you’ve shown to me and the entire Sheriff’s Office during this past year has been overwhelming.

Most of all, thank God the father for his blessings for in Thessalonians 5:18 we read, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Happy Thanksgiving from Sheriff Randy and Sheila Seal and the men and women of your Sheriff’s Office.

Randy “Country” Seal

Sheriff
